Here we used the same cylindrical container model which was
used for predicting the temperatures of solid foods under microwave
irradiation by Liu et al. (2013). As the model has already been
established, simulation could be carried out simply and quickly
just by changing several parameters such as the dielectric properties
and thermal properties from the solid sample to the liquid
sample. This model was named model A. Water containing 1
wt.% sodium chloride was tested as the liquid sample, as this solution
would also be used later in fish boiling.
