The contents of the conical flask were
allowed to cool to the room temperature inside the laminar air flow
chamber. The extract of juice was inoculated using 0.3 g yeast extract to
facilitate the growth of yeast cells (S. cerevisiae) .These were incubated
at 30°C on rotary shaker (150 rpm) overnight and the contents of the
flasks were then, mixed and used as an inoculum for the fermentation.
