• Ensure the safety requirements are met in accordance with the company policy.

• Assure good customer service by managing resources in an optimized way
• Set annual EDD targets and development discussion with Desk Sales Co-Ordinators
• Authorizing, approving and keeping track of area del units admin claims
• Checking and signing off daily invoicing report - area delivery units
• Responsible for implementation , management & control of all Customer Specific - these include Customer Specific Stock and Service Agreements as well as Consignment Stock Agreements
• Responsible for updating & maintaining the Standard Product Offer and communicating any information, amendments etc to all relevant parties
• Participates in Product Life Cycle and Product Development Groups
• Responsible for maintaining accrual, reporting and entry of Customer Bonus Rebates
• Responsible for SCA for Regional Marketing Person
• Be responsible for the occupational health and safety of the team
