I NOTICED THE DELIVERY ADDRESS IN THE ORDER AS INCORRECT WITHIN 1 MINUTE OF MAKING THE ORDER. I TRIED TO CONTACT THE ONLONLINE 'CHAT' SERVICE ON THE LAZADA WEBSITE AND THEY SAID THEY CANNOT SUPPORT IN ENGLISH. I THEN SENT AN EMAIL WITHIN MINUTES OF MAKING THE ORDER INSTRUCTING THEM TO CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS. LAZADA WAS NOT ABLE TO CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS. THE DELIVERY MEN ARRIVED AT MY OFFICE LOCATION ON 2 SEPARATE OCCASIONS AND I TOLD THEM THE DELIVERY ADDRESS WAS CHANGED TO MY HOME ADDRESS BUT THEY WERE NOT INFORMED. I ORDERED ON SEPT 15TH AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE GOODS AS OF THE END OF SEPTEMBER 23RD. NOT EXACTLY UP TO AMAZON STANDARDS. DISAPPOINTED.
