Dear MAM, years ago I was also Jogging at the Weekend, but since 3 years I have artificical hip and can't Jogging any more. Always when I start running have pain in the front of the hip, I was to the doctor and Therapies but it not help. I haven't Problem with the bicycle or hike in the mountains.
If you go Jogging you are go in a park or on the road? In your City is heavy traffic or is not so bad? You go alone for Jogging or your daughter come with you? I think is good for your Body, it make strong and is also good for your health. I make for my Fitness at the Weekend in the time from spring to autumn with the mountain bike and also hike in the forest or mountain. In the winter time sometime hiking in the evening, in the winter I go also skiing I really like to do. I will teach you skiing if you come to Switzerland!
