However, I would suggest that you contact the app developer “LINE Corporation” to get details regarding why you didn’t receive the purchased in-app. They'll be able to thoroughly check on this for you since they have the necessary tools and resources to resolve it. Furthermore, considering the fact that you didn’t receive the in-app you paid for, I have gone ahead and issue a refund for this purchase. Within ten business days, a credit of 29.99 USD should be posted to the payment method used to make the purchase.
If this issue persists, we recommend that you avoid making any more in-app purchases from it until the developer confirms the issue is resolved.
