Green DDR/DSLC Datacenter A and B need to be relieved from workload since they do not produce enough energy. Furthermore, the micro grid controller of Datacenter C has large energy production so there is no DR command flow to the datacenter. Finally, the DG of the micro grid of Datacenter D produces enough energy to fulfill the low load demand from users and thus Datacenter D can absorb significant workload. The DDR mechanism could migrate tasks to both Datacenters C and D to satisfy fairness criteria.
