Follow up from incident report on 28 April 2016. Guest mention to AH that today they have to move room again because upon arrival the room assignment wasn't as they requested with reservation. Guest also said the room they promise is not available and now they have to move to another room. Upon investigate the front desk staff misheard the guest room number and thought guest said their room number were 4309. When AH clarify with guest and apologies for the miscommunication. They also said 5309 is nice but the view is not so good and they don't like the room location.
