Dear sir,
third grade and third class volvo , your standards have gone to dogs ,
your customer service is highly shameless and irresposible.
after mentioning to you my problems and grievances there is no reply to my previous mails and the customer service shamelessly told me that they are not responsible for anything that happens to car .
they sent the car to me to collect today shamelessly with the quotation ( no problems let us keep it aside )
after i reached huamark to collect the car , most shocking discovery and surprisingly low quality of service standards was visible the lock lights were not fuctioning ad usual but to my surprise the right side of the car that was painted was bruised and scratched not thats smart fixing and fitting .
pathetic and shameless i hereby forward this mail to shameless and lousy brand management team and members if ever u care for ur brand .
and to all my friends and memebers who ever thought to buy a volvo
PLSSS WAIT READ THIS AND THINK AGAIN . YOU'LL DONT DESRVE TO WASTE UR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS SHIT CALLED ( volvo ) IN SWEDE
