One of our favorite parts about being involved with the Cottage Grove Strawberry Festival is working with sponsors and
potential sponsors to try and create win-win situations for everyone. We feel so good when both the event and the
sponsors benefit from a relationship that was created because of our community festival. The mission of Cottage Grove
Strawberry Fest is "to bring the community together". When we say that, we mean all aspects of the community, the
residents, businesses, city government, sponsors and non-profit organizations. We feel that we have created and
structured an event in which all these groups can be proud of participating in. We hope you decide to join in the fun! Our
festival dates are June 18 – June 21, 2015.
The Cottage Grove Strawberry Festival is run completely by volunteers from our community (about 30 resident volunteers).
These positions are strictly volunteer positions and no one is paid. Our goal is to make as much of the event free to the
public as possible. We don't charge an entrance fee, or a fee to watch the main stage bands on Friday or Saturday
night. We feel that if your company is willing to become a sponsor, we will be able to increase our advertising of this
community festival and in turn, expect higher participation throughout the events days.
Please take a moment to look over the attached information and let us know if there is anything we can do to assist you in
becoming a “SUPERHERO SPONSOR” for the 2015 Cottage Grove Strawberry Fest. There are many opportunities available
and we are sure there is one right for you! We think with your help, we can do some pretty neat things for the
community. We would like to discuss your objectives to create awareness of your business and services that you provide
and feel we can help you do that in several different ways.

free to talk to us about it. As we stated earlier, we are interested in creating a win-win for everyone. This is why our
sponsors participate year after year; we build relationships that are good for everyone! We are very excited about the
