This study is intended to provide a clearer understanding of the relationships among knowledge transfer capability, human capital advantage, organizational competitiveness, employee creativity, and performance. This research also investigates the associations among absorptive capability, inter-organizational learning, inter-firm cooperation, organizational distance, knowledge complexity, and knowledge transfer capability. In addition, the research examines the moderating effects of openness communication on knowledge transfer capability and its antecedents relationships. It provides unique theoretical contributions expanding on previous knowledge and literature of knowledge transfer capability.
