This study investigated contribution factors in the environmental challenges of algae habitat type. Using variety of samples, the seaweed were collected from seawater in six different locations to test. Samut Songkhram Province- From January-August, 2015. Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University campus. Researchers are working to determine what’s are the parameters that playing a role in the algae growth conditions on the traditionally seawater at Samut Songkhram Province.
The micron mesh sleeves, plankton collectors of sixteen and seventy micrometers diameter in micron mesh sizes were used in horizontally cultivation of algae in this experimental. The strains were used to isolate algae by freshwater to desalination and as well as filtered out the sediments.Furthermore, the researchers found sequenced members of algae in the following; eleven division, twenty-six class, thirty-four order, thirty-seven family, and eighty-one genus. In addition, eighty-one genus consists of two species of Euglenophyta, five species of Chlorophyta, ten species of Cyanophyta, and sixty-four species of Bacillariophyta division. The most common algae genera includes eleven species of Gyrosigma. However, the primarily types are the Oscillatoria and the Anabaena. The effect of temperature approximately 31.53 celsius, Acid-base balance of 7.04, an averaged salinity of 32.29 PPT (Part per thousand), the water transparency regimes of 1.69 centimeters, and the depth of 0.68 meters have significant impact on the growth of algae and are suitable to the living organisms in the seawater.
