I checked your ticket. It’s the incident ticket and not for file loading. You need to raise a service ticket for file loading.
Please follow the process which I mentioned in one of my previous email and it worked last time. You can input the exact same word (red word) into the system. Any problem, please let me know. Thank!
How to submit a service request ?
Go to IT Support Center https://itsrc.gm.com/src/secure/main.jsp#dashboard
In the search box enter "SAP Operations Technical Service Request" **Make sure to include the quotes**
There should be only one request option displayed. Click on Request. And Proceed.
1. Business Justification Data needs to be loaded in GWM.
2. Recipients Organization Select your organization CCA
3. Recipient Request Type OTHER
4. SAP System ID NP5
5. SAP Client Number 200
6. Description Please drop the attached file in the Pi Dropzone. The first few letters of the file name identify the interface type.
7. After entering the above information, click on Next, and then Request Now.
8. In the second page, you will enter your information.
9. The last section of this page gives you the option to attach files.
You will receive the SD Number. Pi will honor the request. Please let me know if you face any hurdles.
