Qualifications:
A strong customer focus and a commitment to delivering ‘EXCELLENT’ service
Customer service experience (minimum 2 years) ,preferable by in Travel, Airlines, Hospitality or Tourism
Excellent and verbal communication skills in both English and Thai
Computer savvy
Must be an excellent team player, willing to drive team results
Be patient and able to work under pressure.
Must have a willingness to learn as all technical and product training will be provided
Must be willing to work in shifts
