This lack of involvement in the use of Electronic dictionaries may lead to slow reading and incomplete
comprehension of online text that is largely due to the students' lack of awareness of the useful features of these
valuable resources. Hence, it is of great importance to familiarize students with the different types of electronic
and online dictionaries and to expose them to the features of these dictionaries through direct instruction as well
as through involvement in pedagogical activities that promote reliance on dictionaries of this type.
