Further, one may note from Fig. 7(a)–(d) that while BiFeO3 exhibit a transition at 645 K, La doped ones are found to exhibit transitions at 690, 693 and 695 K respectively. It was reported earlier that [27] BiFeO3 exhibits an antiferromagnetic transition (TN) at 643 K and a ferroelectric transition at 1103 K. Therefore, the observed peak at 645 K may be attributed to antiferromagnetic transition (TN). In view of this one may conclude that due to La doping, the antiferromagnetic transtion is shifted from 645 K to 695 K.
