I’m short and overweight. I think…Because eat fast foods and dessert. I like to sleep late and eat a lot. And I don't like exercise at all. I cannot manage stress at all. In my opinion..
that’s change eating, Sleeping, and Exercise. I’ll eat a balanced diet and eat a good breakfast. I’ll sleep faster and go to study early. Then I go to exercise one or two day a week.
I think it really helps.
