Two standard 45-foot steel containers (13.58 m 2.34 m 2.71 m) were selected, and remolded to fit the mobile recycling plant (Fig. S1 of Supplementary content (SC)). Container 1 was installed with crusher, conveyor, grinder, air separator, electrostatic separator, and fiber filter, devoting for whole-unit dismantling and monitor waste recycling. While Container 2 was installed with dismantling tables, separating equipment for funnel and panel glass, cleaning machine, and fiber filter, focusing on recycling waste printed wiring boards (PWBs, obtained from printed circuit boards (PCB) dismantling), FLs and cold cathode fluorescent lamps (CCFLs, obtained from LCD dismantling). A schematic diagram of the plant, the integrated mobile recycling process and related equipment is shown in Fig. 1, and those characteristics can be seen in SC Table S1. Total electrical energy demand was approximately 380 V and 80 kW (30 kW for Container 1, and 50 kW for Container 2).
