Adoption of the new code of conduct of the group
On April 23rd, 2015 which fully replaces the previous code of Ethics. The purpose of the new Code, Drafted in joint participation with all Lixill group companies, is to trace a common line in order to operate according to shared principles of integrity, ethics in business activities, respect in the workplace, proper use of corporate assets and contribution to society(social responsibility)
The code is intended to be used by anyone involve with the group by virtue of any form of employment of collaboration relationship therefore it is the responsibility of all employees, managers and collaborators of the group to comply with the principles and polices of the above-mentioned document in running the business and managing relationships, by promoting its disclosure and actual implementation. Our business partners, including suppliers, service providers and distributors will also be required to approve and share the rules described in the Code.
I urge all employees and everyone who contributes to our business to embrace and enforce the principles expressed in this code, within the scope of each person's responsibilities and in accordance with company rules.
