This 2nd implementation is some enhancements as followings;
a) Add the Home Phone and Office Phone in CIF information. They will related with the Address Sub Form to default the new adding / maintenance from the last action.
The objective is these 2 fields will be used for matching with AS400 on the interfacing.
b) Add the new notification messages to validate some existing data error from migration. Those may caused by mismatched between BPM and AS400, wrong original data or blank data, etc.,
Then user needs to maintain the corrected information before press the Submit button.
c) Add the new daily migration process to migrate the data from AS400, that were created / maintained from other systems, to the BPM.
The system will automated update by batch processing.
So during the 2nd implementation BPM and IT will support users at the RBO office. The errors log and some more clarification will be update to RBO team and Branch Support Center every morning.
The BPM system will be extended to next branches, we must ensure that the system is stable.
