5. Preparing an Access Card Control Ledger
5.1 The Human Resources Division shall prepare an Access Card Control Ledger to keep track of issued access cards and to control access card numbers, users, and issue dates, cancellation dates, and privilege-change dates.
5.2 System printouts that keep track of access card numbers, users, issue dates, cancellation dates, and privilege-change dates may be adopted in place of an access card ledger system. Printout data should be printed out at the end of month and stored for a period of one year.
