Abstract:
Currently, the organizations put an emphasis on the continuous learning process that can bring those improvements needed to achieve success. A modem training becomes a vital necessity for any organization. The goal is to develop and maintain a high professional standard of its own human resources. The adoption of methodologies for assessing the benefits of human resources will be a solution to streamline the work programs based on better management of costs. The importance of evaluating the initiatives of human resource development in an organization, lies in measuring the investment return in such projects. This paper aims to analyze the main models for assessing human resources training programs in the specialty literature and to highlight the most important common aspects and also the ones that differentiate the models the most.
