Shell Company of Thailand, the country's fourth-largest oil retailer, expects conservative growth of 5-10% of sales in its lubricant business over the next few years.
Troy Chapman, executive director of Shell's Southeast Asia lubricant business, said this year would see more stability and the company expected to continue its expansion to capitalise on rising demand from the Asean Economic Community (AEC) population of more than 600 million.
