Cooking Method:
1.Rub the pork chops with salt and pepper, marinate in garlic and soy sauce for about 10 minutes.
2.Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat, cook the pork chops for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Transfer to a plate.
3.To make the sauce, heat oil over medium, stir fry onion till tender. Add garlic and brown.
4.Add in the black pepper and stir until fragrant.
5.Add the red wine and butter, sauté.
6.Combine ketchup, oyster and soy sauce, flour, water, sugar, bring to boil and simmer over low heat about 10 minutes. Add salt to taste.
7.To serve, top the sauce on top of the pork chop.
8.You can serve with steamed vegetables on the side.
