Responsible for effective implementation of onboarding programs, training admin and documentation. Record and update data onto training database.
Collect and follow up on training documents, i.e. OJT, in-house training courses, public seminars for ISO audits, submission to Labor Skill Development Department for the benefit of corporate tax exemption.
Conduct orientation/onboarding program for new employees.
Arrange and organize plant visits as well as responsible for training admin work tasks to smooth the operations of training activities
Conduct training survey and evaluate the training needs
Conduct in-house training and work closely with all level of employees to prepare appropriate materials for department
Provided customer service and use good communication skill both Thai and Singaporean.
