Hi BET,
After verify the gauge at the machine with the calibration gauge-the result showed at M/C 5-Gauge reading =0.01MPa and the calibration gauge is reading = 0.016MPa-when we run with 0.3 mm ball. And when we try to adjust and use 0.02MPa with Calibration gauge- we can see the missing ball due to ball release pressure blow-off.This indicates that with 0.25mm ball or 0.2 mm ball -we may need to use pressure lower than this 0.02MPa for sure.
-The specification range now in is 0.02-0.1 MPa- to run at 0.02MPa –now is running at the minimum of specification without any guard band -so there will be high chance of lower than specification running.I could not recall on how we get the 0.02-0.1MPa range at first time. Can you remember since this Shibuya m/c was started using in PNG before BKK at the first time.
4.5.1 Ball Attach (Shibuya SBM351) Process parameter:
1 Ball Blow pressure (ball tray) Max 400 kpa
2 Ball release pressure (mounting) 0.02 – 0.1 Mpa
3 Ball mounting release time 0.01- 2 sec
4 Ball Mounting pressure 0.05 - 0.5 Mpa
-The existing pressure gauge is too rough for reading-may need to consider for the new finer reading value than this.
