I have a few resuests for amendments on the common property agreement.
1. For the sake of clarity the agreement should start by defining the Owners Committe (OC) as the group of all owners acting individually for their own account. The Owners committee (OC) and representatives can only operate as a communication platform with Knight Frank. It can pass on instructions given by all owners, or approval to do or to pay. But it cannot collect money from the owners, cannot contract with any suppliers, and cannot make any payment. All these need to be done by KF on behalf of the owners or for the account of the owners. Therefore a certain number of clauses need to be worded in that sense.
