As previously mentioned, two-factor theory provides the overall
theoretical structure of this model which is complemented with
observations and insights from the IT usage and consumer switching literature. Consistent with previous IT usage research, the
essence of switching enablers is captured by omnipresence and collaboration support, whereas that of inhibitors is identified by satisfaction with and breadth use of incumbent IT. Furthermore, this
