RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS
For the filling:
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 Tbsp of olive oil
Little cubes of mozzarella cheese
For the pão de queijo:
1 lb of frozen "pão de queijo"
1 cup of grated parmesan
1 egg
PREPARATION
1. Mix the garlic with the olive oil and microwave it for 20 seconds. Set aside.
2. Let the "pão de queijo" thaw for at least one hour.
3. Mix the thawed pão de queijo with the parmesan and the egg until its well mixed.
4. Oil your hands and make little balls of "pão de queijo".
5. With your fingers, make a little hole in the dough and fill it with pieces of the mozzarella and the garlic olive oil mix.
6. Roll it to make a ball again.
7. Bake in preheated oven at 200C/400F for 35 minutes.
