I just realized that no. of loan payment transaction at branch is quite sizable. It’s expected to grow by 12% compared to 2015 (mainly driven by the growth of our credit card business) and accounts for 10% of total RBG transaction at Branch. Shall we have a quick chat to find the action plan to incentivize the customer to pay the bill via alternative channels? In my opinion, it could be either, mass marketing, direct marketing or special product feature to incentivize the customer to change their behavior.
