College or above with major in Business Administration or related field.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Good Negotiation skills and quick-learner
Strong organizational ability allowing the incumbent to focus on multiple tasks simultaneously
Assertiveness in proactively handling internal customer requests and service needs, cooperate with other department
Good interpersonal, and team building skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationship with staff, departmental representatives, management and suppliers
Basic accounting knowledge
Minimum two years experience in MRO/ packaging and trim parts purchasing
Working knowledge of import and export process.
