Branch Sales Motivation officer (MIS)
Responsibilities:
1. Develop sales incentive scheme of every product, in line with the corporate strategy
2. Survey and analyze feedback form branch people and performance report to modify or develop sales incentive scheme and plan
3. Based on performance report, accurately and timely manage incentive payment
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, IT, MIS or other related fields
- Minimum 3-5 year of experience in MIS, performance management, database management or other related fields
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
