Situation as for damaged parts is clear and I have mentioned it already. We are responsible supplier so that if anything was damaged during putting into operation or just after, we will supply it free of charge. I think that KSL know we never leave problems without immediate solving.
1.) KSL can use the same Proforma invoice, which they have but due to delivery time and payment condition we issued revision 2 – as enclosure
Since KSL didn’t order any Spare parts altogether with main supply we brought with us some basic components, which finally were handed over and confirmed in protocol. This protocol was signed on 24.12.2015 and is attached as enclosure. Only we will supply another Klaschka speed sensor because it was damaged.
We will add other spares which actually KSL don’t have but finally the list of Spare parts on the site will be fully according to our Proforma invoice No. INIII/377/15 (rev2) in the total price of 9 500,- USD.
Damaged Spare Parts will be completed from us free of charge.
2.) Servomotor - We suppose KSL would need either new servomotor (s) of steam valve or they can send to us old one for maintenance (replacement of fault or excessive wear parts, setup, operational test on testing oil stand with the protocol) . Even during our presence one servo valve had to be exchanged due to mechanical hanging. If this servo valve is not in good condition the control of the speed is problematic.
3.) Coupling – Coupling between turbine and high speed gearbox – there is no one original coupling available in the Sugar plant. If KSL will order we will manufacture this coupling altogether with teeth for speed measuring (no need additional teeth ring)
4.) Manostat – Almost all of manostats in the original panel are broken. We can supply manostats for distribution oil, secondary oil, lubrication oil to be fitted to the original place in manostat panel.
5.) All other Spare parts investigated and requested by operational staff during operation can be supplied.
