• You will receive a prompt to reenter your “Exchange” password on your mobile device
• The prompt could take up to 5 hours to appear
• Once prompted, mail will disappear on the device until you successfully enter your password
• If mail on your device disappears and you are not prompted to reenter your password, please try the steps below before contacting the IS Service Desk:
o On an iPhone, iPad, go to Settings, then Mail, Contacts, Calendars
o Choose the Covidien-Exchange profile and then select Account
o Type in your Active Directory (Exchange) password and tap Done
