Regarding the RMA unit, we hope you can inform us before shipping out. Janice need to apply for a RMA number for you in advance. Otherwise, our Service Department may reject it.
According to your description, the unit seems to have the same issue as all the units that were retuned for RMA before. Its firmware is altered. We really hope your technical team can talk to your customer in deep to figure out why the firmware may be altered. Thanks a lot!
