could also be due to the lime flavour drawing away attention from the
texture related attributes of adding fibres, and as a result increasing
the hedonic ratings to the level of FBs without added fibres. From a
health perspective, these results are very important as they clearly suggest
that in order to successfully increase the health potential by adding
fibres, one should also change ones recipe by for instance adding flavours
to overcome and mask off flavours and draw attention away
from the texture attributes of the healthy fibres.
