4. Conclusions
The effects of BA on phase structure and electrical properties
were studied in KNNLS–BA ceramics. Results showed that
the addition of a small amount of BA had an obvious effect on
microstructure and various electrical properties. The PPT could not
be observed in the measuring range and it indicated that it would
expand usage temperature range. Meanwhile, the electrical properties
still maintained relatively high levels: d33 = 233 pC/N, kp = 35%,
tanı = 0.047, Pr = 27.3 C/cm2 and Tc = 349 ◦C, when x = 0.002. These
results suggest that this material is a promising lead-free piezoelectric
candidate for piezoelectric applications.
