III. ANALYSIS
A.One-way ANOVAs (Analysis of Variance)
The results of all parameter from three set (A, B and C)
were analyzed by statistically method with One-Way ANOVA
followed with Duncan’s multiple comparison tests. ANOVA
is a technique used to compare means of three sample set of
waste water treatment. The ANOVA tests the null
hypothesis that samples in three groups are strained from
samples with the same mean values. P values less than 0.05
were considered statistically significant.
B. Arithmetic Mean Average (
X
)
Arithmetic mean average is the sum of a collection of
sample quality values divided by the number of numbers in
the collection.
C. Standard deviation (SD)
Standard deviation is a measure that is used to quantify the
amount of variation or dispersion of a set of data values.
D.Efficiency of treatment (SD)
The efficiency of treatment was calculated from the results
in each parameter. The equation of efficiency is shown in
equation 1.
