Your order was despatched on the 1st September via Airmail, which is a non-tracked service. We are committed to providing the cheapest possible price for our customers and using this service allows us to provide free shipping on all orders.
Orders will typically be delivered within 5-10 working days, however overseas orders can on occasion take a little longer.
Please note, we will only consider claims for lost items 20 working days after dispatch.
