I would like to ask you to oversee the Q2 bonus objectives for: Charles, Rasmus and Jakob. For this I ask your assistance to meet with these staff this or next week and write down together what you would like them to improve and work on in the next 3-4 months.
From there HR will write these objectives and make them goals for each department head. At the end of Q2 (I will be on maternity leave) I ask you and HR to meet to review and give feedback to department heads and give them final performance evaluation.
I will talk with HR tomorrow for next steps. If we have a Hotel Manager in Bangkok to take over this responsibility in the next few months we can handover this to Hotel Manager when appropriate.
