The maintenance of the hotel is of poor quality. The light inside the wardrobe was supposed to be switched on automatically when the door was opened. However the system was so poorly designed and maintained, such that I spent a long time trying to close the door 'properly' in order to turn off the light. There were no extra pillows inside the room, and tooth brushes were only provided on request. Water leaked from the coffee machine when we tried to brew coffee.
The breakfast might look great at the first glance, but one soon realised that the ingredient qualities were not good. Considering the additional cost of purchasing the breakfast buffet, one might be better off buying good quality fruit and breads from local supermarkets.
The location was closed to Siam Discovery and seconds from BTS Ratchthewi. However there was only upward escalator going into the BTS station, and the walk to Siam was not at all pleasant.
Comparing to other more established hotels in Bangkok, this one was cheaply built, poorly maintained, with staff clearly lack of proper experiences and training.
