1. LL has a construction permit for using the buildings for residential purpose; but, a range of setback and the height between floor to floor of the building is not enough to use such building for commercial purpose. However, Permit team has already consulted with the local authority and found that it seems to be positive to have the modification permit for using such buildings for commercial purpose.
1. LL has to provide the modification permit for using such building for commercial purpose before PAG.
2. The land belongs to the Treasury office of Sa Kaeo and the lease agreement was expired since 22 Oct 2011. However, PA informed that LL is preparing to extend lease agreement.
