Visa Applications and Extensions
1. Upon arriving at your KMITL campus destination, you are required to present your passport. One copy is required for the Department of International Affairs (DIA).
2. For Visa applications and extensions, please contact both DIA and your assigned supervisor at your faculty of study.
Travel
One of the most exciting things about your time at KMITL is visiting different places. You may have the opportunity to travel as part of a KMITL trip, a KMITL organized excursion, or with your host supervisor.
There is no particular rule for trips organized by either your host-supervisor or KMITL, except an advance approval from your assigned supervisor. Trip that need preapproval include the following:
• Trips outside Thailand
• Air travel
• Trips that require taking leave or absentees
• Independent travel without an accompanied adult approved or assigned by your host-supervisor
• Any trip not organized by KMITL or your host-supervisor
