Job Qualifications
1. Female age between 25- 30 years
2. Thai Nationality, Bachelor's degree in related field.
3. At least 2 years of experience in Human Resource or related and knowledge of ISO 9001:2008,
ISO 14001:2004
4. Good command of both written and spoken English and must be communicate Japanese
5. Computer Literate and able to work efficiently with Word and Excel as a minimum
6. Able to work under pressure, Fast learning and initiative with good analytical and problem-solving skills, service-minded.
7. Have driving license and can drive.
Responsibilities
• Implement, communicate and administer the human resources function i.e. Social Security Law, Benefit, Welfare, recruitment and Training, etc.
• Handle administrative work for Human Resource such as time attendance, OT, payroll , employees contract, employee activity, employee health and insurance benefit, employee data base and presentation report
• Liaise with relevant government bodies such as Immigration provide executives’ work-permit and VISA
• Implement, communicate and administer the Company’s human resources policies
• Ensure full compliance with all applicable labor and employment laws
• Responsible for Secretary to president job
• Arranging Annual and Extraordinary Shareholders meeting and submit document to government for company change director or any relevant
• Responsible for business trip and hotel reservation including flight & car booking
• To handle standard of ISO 14001:2004 and ISO9001:2008
• To handle related job with the safety and IT administrator
