Please accept ours appologize and let me explain about the suddenly line stop of N285P14912 that happening this evening (8th Sep’2016).
Per latest plan on 2nd Sep’2016, it’s show shortage on 13th Sep’2016 and MTT have replied delivery Qty. 12K on 12th Sep’2016 since 2nd Sep’2016, then no more pull-in request so we think this schedule already be accepted.
So, we do ours process as normally for praparing to ship it on 12th Sep’2016.
But why your PC Dept. still pull-in a lot Qty. untill it line stop suddenly in this evening?
Actually, yesterday and today morning time, we also have asking for your updated BCS plan but no any information that there are any changed or a lot pull-in plan.
So, we also don’t know this line stop will be happen and let me confirm best schedule is special urgent pulling 12K for deliver to META on 9th Sep’2016 within 9AM by delivery note.
BTW, as we have informed you that schedule in advance is just estimate and actual confirmed schedule can be confirmed in advance only 1 or 2 weeks only.
So, please kindly keep ours latest BCS delivery reply as final delivery confirmation.
Regarding to this case, N’Donut had been estimated to delivery 6K on 5th Sep since 25th Aug’2016 but she already revised and informed you since 3rd Sep’2016 that MTT changed plan to ship 12K on 12-Sep’2016 instead.
So, please kindly keep ours latest replied delivery as final and keep update with your PC Dept. as well.
Actually, we would like to request update BCS plan to MTT every Tuesday.
Because we found many case that your PC Dept. has pull-in during week and there are no showed shortage in BCS that updated on Friday.
Your highly appliciated is most of importance of ours target but your sharing information also be importance for us.
Anyway, MTT would like to say deeply sorry for this inconveninet and we promise that we won’t let it happen again.
