The rest of this paper is organized as follows. Section 2 presents a review of
the relevant literature. The theoretical model is presented in Section 3. Section
4 describes the experimental design. The experimental results are presented in
Section 5. Section 6 briefly discusses the potential effects of an intervention to
increase access to price information and Section 7 concludes.
