Export the report to Microsoft Excel, if you have not already done so.
In the Export Report window, choose the option that fits your needs. You can export to:
comma separated value file
new Excel workbook
existing Excel workbook
In most cases, you will want to add the contents of your report to a new Microsoft Excel workbook. If you choose to add your data to a new workbook, check the box to add a worksheet that explains Excel worksheet linking.
