We are already six months past for the year 2015. It is therefore time now to do an interim review in hcms for all your direct reports. An interim review will help both you and your direct reports to know exactly where they stand in terms of meeting the targets and also focussing on the behavioural competencies. It is also a time to review if they require any further assistance / training / coaching to achieve their targets and the way to move forward in their current role. A reminder also for everyone to follow up on their direct reports development plans and what has been done so far on it. If nothing has been put on the IDP then may be it is not too late to do their development plans during the midterm interim review. Encourage your direct reports to also update the self service section (if not already done). Please ensure that you have a one to one discussion with your direct reports while conducting the interim review. In hcms you need to just click on the interim review button and then click on complete interim review once done.
Please have all the interim reviews completed by 31th August 2015.
