Hi Gow,
Thank you so much for your lovely Valentine's Day wishes. I hope you have
received my e-card too - It's a Jacqui Lawson one, and there will be no
problem virus wise opening it!
I have lots to do before setting off next Tuesday and as always, there seems
to be a conspiracy to make life more interesting. Seren has been very sick,
largely due to her swimming in a large pond covered in algae, but also due
to the below zero temperatures we are 'enjoying' at the moment. She was
wormed and had her anti-flea treatment in readiness for going to the local
kennels for her little holiday and I think it's all been too much for her
digestive system.
I also had fun and games on the main Chester - Manchester road on Saturday,
as my car died a terrible death and I had to be rescued and towed off to a
nearby garage . It's something to do with the Exhaust Pressure Sensor,
which sorts emissions out electronically. I'm really missing having
transport so the sooner it's mended the better.
Tom tells me that the weather has changed in Thailand and I believe the sun
is out and the temperatures are high. Lovely!! I bought some fabric from a
shop near the plant market when I was over last time and want to make a
flirty skirt which will be lovely and cool.
Must close as I have a busy day ahead. So looking forward to seeing you
soon!! Much love, Helen xx
