Dear Ms.Kulthida,
This is Yuki Uemura of Chuo University. It's really cold here, and how's your preparation going?
1. Schedule from now
We are planing to send you the documents related to enrollment to school and also residence procedure (student visa) in December. These are important procedure, so please read instruction and prepare the documents carefully, and send them back to us by due date.
Since you submitted the prospective graduation certificate when you applied for this program, make sure to bring graduation certificate(certified true copy), so that you can submit it at the freshman guidance after your arrival. Details of entrance ceremony will be informed later. Just for your information in advance, most of the students wear formal suits, so you might want to consider bringing a pair of formal wear.
2. Our email address and your tutor
Today, I have another thing to tell you. I'm leaving Chuo University at the end of this week, Nov 28, Fri.
I thank you for your kind and friendly emails you sent me, and I'm sorry for those who were looking forward to seeing me in April, but there should be a chance that we can see after April.
Because I was your first contact so far, you might feel worry but please don't worry. From now on, you can send the email to gsse-all@tamajs.chuo-u.ac.jp , which is the representative email for Graduate School Desk team at Office of Faculty of Science and Engineering. There are staff who speak English, so please don't worry.
In addition, each one of you will have your own tutor from Yamada Lab's senior students, who can support you in many ways. Tutor will support your daily life and study after your arrival to Japan, but hope you will start exchanging emails so you can get advice from them. Your tutor is Ms.Choi Miji (miji97347@naver.com ) from Korea.. Her Japanese is excellent, and she is a charming and helpful student. Hope you will start communicating with her and get advice.
Best regards,
Yuki Uemura
